| Detail | Said he was eager to work hard to improve his ranking but fails to communicate. Much like his previous feedback he continued to fail to step up to his duties. Not worth the time and energy |

| Detail | Failed a target from a pillory after asking multiple times for it. Never voiced a concern but as soon as the pillory was over the sub stopped communicating. Disappointing as first impressions were good but he ended up being a flop. |
