Yes, MD4C, the slave taking the initiative can be a great way of demonstrating consent to be drained -- though too much initiative will tend to push the Master into a corner and negate the power exchange.

Thanks for the comment RP. Yes, it certainly isn't as clear-cut as the consent classes would have it. Though in a truly sticky situation, a court would have to decide. And, as hinted in your comment, one of the recurring questions I've been asking for years is whether it can possibly make sense to say that someone consented (and continued to consent) to a headfuck: when the whole object of the exercise is an altered sense of what's true/right/good/whatever, in that altered state, who's to say what consent is. Again, the lawyers would start to talk about capacity: whether you were in a fit state to give or withhold consent. Ethics get you a long way: if you're going to let someone mess with your head, you should probably take similar precautions to those you would take if they are going to bind your hands, etc. But ultimately there are no guarantees in this life, and I suppose that's where the edge comes in.Thanks for the comment RP.
