Payments will now be handled by Transferwise and only requires an e-mail address; here is how it works:

1) Put in the request as normal

2) On the payout day you will receive an e-mail from Transferwise, follow the link and type in your bank details (if you create an account these details will be saved for next time)

3) Transferwise will then complete the transfer
